Changing The Way You Feel

Have you ever felt depressed, angry, mad or frustrated? We all have right? Some more than others, but for the most part it’s common to happen. How do you control it though? Easy.
With your mind. What you choose to focus on is what determines your mood. The reason you are mad, depressed or even sad is because of the types of negative thoughts you have in your mind. In order to change that, Tony describes how he takes 10minutes of his day to practice gratitude. He thinks of 3 things he is grateful for, a 3 minute prayer for his family and friends, and envisions 3 things he wants to accomplish for the day.
The key here, is to change those negative thoughts into positive ones. Focus on everything you are blessed with or grateful for and watch the difference change in your mood.
Sounds like it won’t work for you? I didn’t think so either, until I actually tried it. Focusing on the positives made me feel more appreciative and less depressed. I challenge you to try it. Daily. Turn it into a habit and you will see and feel the difference in your day. I thought it was crazy too until I put it to work. Try it out and let me know if it worked.
